Intention
How to Use Intentions? Intentions are powerful statements used to insert new subconscious beliefs into your mind and create powerful emotion. Each time these intentions are repeated by different people around the world, the momentum behind the words becomes more powerful. I would recommend reading them when you get up and before you go to bed, and whenever you feel drawn to read them.
Choose how ever many that resonate with you and get creative and as specific as you want. To really make them even more powerful, put your hand over your heart when reading them or on an empty sheet of paper repeat the intention until you start feeling it. You can also read them in front of a mirror looking into your own eyes, when you are driving, when a part of you feels anxious, or at any time! Have fun:)
These intentions were put together from my heart center. You will be able to feel them in your body. There are recordings below if you would like to play in the morning and evening and feel the words reverberate through your body. It feels really good and liberating, enjoy!
