The intention behind this blog post is to open new gateways of possibility and excitement, releasing the need to see things in order to experience the feeling of something beautiful happening.Putting together new neural pathways to allow those creative juices to flow.

This blog post may REALLY challenge you to really step out of what you believe you are allowed to do as a “grown-up”. I invite you to open your awareness and see what limiting beliefs come up as you’re reading. Thoughts such as “That’s what kid’s do” or beliefs like “that’s delusional”. Just be aware of what comes up. At some point, I welcome you to actually try at least one of these. Let me know what comes up for you and what variations or things you do to keep sparking that imagination. There are endless things you can do.

1. Plan A Pretend Trip

Your brain cannot tell the difference between what is really happening and what is imagination. This is a great way to feel that excitement of taking a trip! Start planning all the details. Actually get on some airline or 3rd party where you can purchase real airplane tickets and plan as you normally do, (of course don’t purchase it yet if you can’t).

Familiarizing yourself with different times of year to go to a location, the hotels and sights to see, makes it easier for that day if you actually decide to take the trip. Use the planning just to have fun and you don’t have to put pressure on taking the trip. Feel that excitement and possibility open up as you learn about the potentials that exist for you!

2. Look Out This Window

and pretend there’s different scenery! Look out the window and (with your eyes open) visualize a different scenery. My favorite is to pretend their is a city-scape. I don’t do this very often, but it’s really powerful to know you can create any experience you desire when you hold the space to visualize it. In this case though, visualizing with your eyes open may be new but give it a go. If it feels weird, it’s probably your ego telling you this is not something adults should do.

If you don’t feel like you can visualize different scenery out of the window, just take time to lie down in the grass or take a walk and notice all the beauty around. Maybe even lay down on the grass. Observing the clouds and planes that come by.

3. Get Ready!

Play dress up with some clothes you have in your wardrobe (even your sisters if you ask!), or you can even go to the thrift store and try on stuff you don’t need, just for fun!

Maybe a fancy gown or a Gucci t-shirt. Just step out of what you normally wear and try new combinations. This is an amazing way to spark imagination and to get those creative juices flowing! You can even have a destination in mind such as, what would I wear to a suaree, and pick an outfit accordingly. Have fun!

4. Get On a Swing

Go to your local park (or even amusement park), close your eyes and pretend you’re flying over the clouds. You can even pretend you’re soaring through space or flying on a dragon haha.

5. Create A Pinterest Vision Board

This is always a powerful and easy one to implement. Create a new board on your Pinterest account and search through Pinterest. See it as the catalog of possibilities. Gather places, experiences and clothes that spark excitement within you.

Look back at this board daily and immerse yourself into the picture! Feel the feelings and know that you are tapping into the quantum potential! It is possible for you. Anything that comes up and says you can’t have that experience is a limiting belief.
