What I do when I'm "Bored". šŸƒ

Hey there, it’s Marina. Here in America, most of us ( I think ) are still in quarantine and sometimes you want to try something new and fall out of your normal routine. Last Saturday, I think I experienced the first day where I was feeling like… wow I actually don’t know what to do with myself haha!

Here are some ideas for moments like that! Enjoy, and comment your fav ideas at the end of the post so you can inspire all of us:)

1. Play relaxing music and lay down

Lay down or Sit down in a different spot in your house (or even outside!). I find that doing this allows you to sort of reset and re-stimulate your brain. Some of my best ideas have come from doing this.

2. Go through Idea Notebooks

I don’t know about you, but I have so many notebooks where I write and wrote down ideas that I never really take time to look back on unless I feel called.

Going through those and reorganizing ideas and putting them into an excel sheet or onto another piece of paper will give you the opportunity to revisit these ideas when you feel ready to build on them!

3. Clean any area of your room while playing a movie in the background

Super easy way to feel productive! Also, this is a great way to clean your mind as well. They say that your external environment is a reflection of your internal environment… what do you think?

4. Go through old photos

I have an awesome external hard drive where I put all the photos from my travels in 2019. It is super lovely to just look back and think of all the memories/experiences that I’ve been through. This allows you to easily put yourself in a place of gratitude!

5. Create a new recipe using whatever you have laying around

This is how I’ve created some of my most iconic recipes… i.e. cinnamon bun toast, vegan chickpea tuna, etc. Look around for some quick and easy (and exciting!) recipes on Pinterest! See what you can find:)

6. Add to your vision board planner

Come back to the feeling of infinite possibilities and unlimited potential by getting creative with your vision board planner! I have a guided one available on amazon!

This journal consists of specific guided questions that will inspire you to daydream and visualize what kind of life you would like to intentionally move towards. Click here to Check out the Envision Vision Board!

7. Get a puzzle or play a boardgame

Just like cleaning, engaging in a puzzle (not on your phone… I’m talking about a physical one) allows you to get lost in a sort of meditative state where you connect to that creative flow!

8. Get some old art supplies out and create something random

This helps you step into that intuitive creative energy where you can physically see
