Vegan Aesthetic Food

I found a new hobby… ☕️making aesthetic vegan food. its like a form of self care!! — waking up in the morning.. cooking meals and making them look pretty.

Here’s my little portfolio of foods that i’ve compiled this week using pancake mix haha ☺️!

lemon and vanilla pancakes with coconut whipped cream. I added clementines as garnish along with some raw turbinado sugar.

vanilla and stracciatella waffles with coconut whipped cream. sliced bananas on top with cacao powder sprinkled on top.

vanilla Pikelets (aka mini pancakes) with bananas and blueberries. on the side, we’ve got a coconut whipped cream parfait with bananas and blueberries (intended to go on top of the pikelets).
